Sardine Lake Resort

Surrounded by trees on the shores of the Lower Sardine Lake in the Tahoe National Forest, this family-run lodge with 9 rustic log cabins is 7.1 miles from the historic mining town of Sierra City. The rustic log cabins feature wood floors, pine furniture and cozy decor, along with kitchens and porches. Some also include wood-burning stoves, living rooms and/or lake views. Amenities include a lakeside bar and a lakeside restaurant. Boat rentals are available, and fishing is allowed on the lake.
