All of the farm-to-table beef on our ranches is grass-raised and grain-finished in Northern California on our family-run operation. It is our goal to provide you with a quality product that you can trust. Elwood Ranch Beef is processed in Northern California at USDA-certified processing facilities. We have focused on cutting-edge genetics in our herd to provide you with a superior end product.
